Pine Stained Pine Oak

Mahogany Mahogany Cherry

The above novelty clocks are made from three quarter to one inch thick wood, either hard or softwood. They stand between eight and a half and nine inches tall depending on the thickness of the wood. The finish is Danish oil followed by wax to retain the natural grain of the wood. One of the pine clocks was stained using a cherry red water based dye before finishing with the oil and the wax.
